This cute little cafe has attracted a steadfast following of South Hobartians, who ritually fill its small scattering of tables on weekends. They are drawn by the simple and homely food, including hearty brekkies with house-made hash browns. This tiny cafe isn't a food store as such, having barely enough room for its few tables, much less for shelves full of produce, but there are still plenty of homemade pies and pastries in the cabinet for people to take away. Each comes with a little container of greens and chutney on the side, making it a great-value and relatively healthy snack for diners on the run.
