Good food, Mediocre Service.
Been there a few times and just ordered Pizza's. Usually always of good quality and quite fresh. I tend to stick away from the one with lamb as it tends to come with a lot of fat.
Ordered Pizza's on last friday were really good and no complaints. Ordered two salads which were quite generous but needed a little more dressing for my liking. Food was well presented and some care was taken rather then just throwing things onto the pizza.
Now onto the service. They are quick to take your order, after that they don't want to know you. I believe the owner or one of the managers did nothing but walk around all night with his phone stuck to his ear. Other staff were very hard to catch and two of them did not speak very good english. You really need to be very loud to ask for a bill or anything else as they tend to leave you alone. Didn't bother with dessert as the menu took another 20mins to arrive.
The atmosphere is usually quite nice if you can cut out the staff. Generally it's not overly noisy like a few places I have been.

Macchiato Review
I heard the management at Macchiato has changed, after my dining experience if this is true then the change has definitely anything but benefited this restaurant/cafe. For entree my partner and I had oysters kilpatrick, now all oyster lovers know that oysters kilpatrick are made with at least bacon and Worcestershire sauce. The dozen oysters we ordered had nothing but bits of bacon! My partner's meal was a pizza which was great apart from the fact it wasn't nearly as well presented as when we dined there a few months ago. My main meal was from the grill section of the menu, the meal itself was fantastic with the seafood cooked perfectly (a compliment to the chef) the only issue I had was that it was meant to be all grilled,when it arrived, the calamari was fried.
This part is a bit strange....Upon leaving we asked for a bottle of coke (which they serve in a glass) with the cap still on so we could take it away. The waitress bought it open with a staw, when i kindly asked her for a closed bottle again so i could take it away, she poured the coke into a coffee cup and gave it to me. Third time lucky; I got my closed bottle of coke.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was great and again the food itself was cooked very very well.
