If breeding and pedigree have anything to do with it then this bakery cafe is bound to be a thoroughbred champion. And from its already astronomical success, the rest of Sydney agrees.
It would be easy to mention Bourke Street Bakery and Brasserie Bread, as well as the coffee boffin knowledge of Luxe Espresso and the currently-used Single Origin espresso. But the folks over at Luxe Bakery aren't riding on anyone's coat-tails. Head baker Simon Cancio is doing his own thing with stellar focaccia, organic sourdoughs and sublime pastries.
