Some may call it clever business strategy, some may say good timing. Whatever the case, love.fish has come along at time when sustainable seafood is the buzzword on everyone's lips (before going straight down the alimentary canal).
The refreshing thing about this "philosophy" restaurant is that the dogma isn't just rhetoric; it's immediately evident as soon as you walk in that love.fish is committed to making this eco-friendly idea work.
With this in mind, expect overfished commercial species to be overtly lacking on the menu at love.fish. Instead you'll find live Camden Haven rock oysters, line-caught pearl perch and sustainable Palmers Island mulloway.
