L'Olivo

This family-oriented restaurant has something for everyone. Offering pastas, pizzas and heartier mains, those keen on traditional Italian fare will be delighted with the selection here.

Mains on offer include chargrilled lamb cutlets served with lemonata potatoes and salad as well as a classic chicken parmigiana. Those feeling only a wee bit peckish can choose from an extensive menu of antipasto-cum-tapas such as Italian meatballs, salt and pepper squid or scallops in a tomato sauce with chilli.

Mrs
I really think this place is very noisy and overated.
Ok for the area , however never try to accomodate walk ins for quick bite to eat even though restaurant is empty for long period of times. Definitely not a place to plan to book in advance. Service very average . Never greeted with a smile.

Great tapas
This is such a great tapas, pizza, pasta restaurant. Its always booked weeks in advance even though its a smallish restaurant that all the locals love. They incorporate Spanish, Italian and Greek - therefore creating the best Mediterranean tapas ever. The kataifi prawns, calamari and nutella calzone are just some of my fav's. They seem to use really good ingredients too but its quite cheap. It is a busy, noisy place but that doesn't matter. I recommend this to everyone.
