With its pretty paintings, checkered floors and wooden furniture and counter, this organic bakery and cafe has an infectiously charismatic European feel to it. Past the cute style is plenty of substance, namely, of the dough type.
The freshly baked, organic sourdough pastries are Loafer Bread's specialty, though just as enticing are the nourishing sandwiches and pies, rectangular pizzas, and seductively sweet cakes and cookies.
