Livingroom Restaurant & Cafe

With lovingly restored antique chairs and tasteful coloured light fittings visible through huge street-facing windows, this restaurant looks like the kind of place you'd want to call your local - and that's before you clock the piled plates of food. Spread over several shopfronts, this modern European eatery is an appealing destination for your weekly indulgent brekkie-and-newspaper session, or a tapas and vino chow down. As well as ticking off much-loved classics like hand-rolled potato gnocchi, and chargrilled chicken salad, Livingroom serves up a range of seasonal gourmet tapas and main delights, such as citrus-cured kingfish with vanilla pickled cucumber, and lightly spiced goat ragu tossed through Casareccia with orange and rosemary gremolata. The wine list covers more than 200 top-notch local and international selections worth a good swish.

A night thoroughly enjoyed!
In a last minute decision to spoil my wife, I decided to try our neighbourhood restaurant, Livingroom for the first time, luckily securing the last free table for the night, we enjoyed a delicious meal. My wife having the spiced goat ragu and I had the lamb. To top off our evening we enjoyed a tasty bottle of red from their extensive, yet not over the top wine list. Service was friendly and efficient, I'm surprised at their food knowledge and how well we were looked after despite them being so busy.

All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our evening and will definatly be back.

what a joke
Not much to say, just look at my rating, over cooked steak, poor service and very loud so don't go there with a group if you want to talk, and the wine list uninteresting and over priced.

Mouthwatering
Like to see a bit of old world charm, restored antique tables and chairs tucked away in the backstreets of Malvern teamed up with some stunning chandeliers. Came to celebrate my 30th with a few close friends and had a fantastic meal. Had some small plates to get us started, the baby calamari stuffed with pork and pine-nuts was delicious, then had a perfectly cooked sirloin with a paris butter. Almost couldn't fit in dessert but managed in the end when i found out there was pear tarte tatin. Had a great bottle of Paradise IV and nice to see a great selection of unknown wines on the list.
Staff were really friendly and chatty which made the whole night feel like a relaxed informal occasion.
Had a great time and will definitely be back to test out some of the other items on the menu.

Livingroom Restaurant and Cafe
If you're lucky enough to live within the precincts of Livingroom treat yourself and go as often as you can. Wonderfully constructed menus and not one dish not to like. The great service and relaxing ambience are the finishing touches to the excellent food.
