The style is "modern international", so you can expect plenty of interesting dishes from around the world like the prawn and mango open wonton, the Atlantic salmon in honey and soy glaze, and the whole lobster Mornay. Expanding their net to the land, Lively Catch offer some sophisticated meat dishes too, such as Portuguese-style corn-fed chicken breast, confit of duck breast, and lamb cutlets.
