Float away on a worldwide journey of taste experiences at this Peppermint Grove degustation restaurant. The menu changes monthly, so diners are encouraged to bring their appetites and an open mind.
Chef Damian Capone creates interesting mouth-watering dishes such as the rump of wagyu with lime sugar, honeydew, pink pepper and soy pudding as well as the liquid sweet corn gnocchi with a molten heart of powdered coffee and capers. Matching wines for the degustation are available, as is a separate list featuring both local and international options.
There's no a la carte food menu available, but with such diversity on offer the degustation is the ideal way to experience more of Little Cloud's rich and flavoursome menu.
