Since the late 1990s, Owner/Chef Theo Kalogeracos has displayed a unique spin on the gourmet pizza niche, excelling in his meat, vegetarian, seafood and dessert ranges. The best of the best include the Eskimo Joe, a malt choc chip cookie pizza with vanilla ice cream, topped with raspberry fruit sauce; the smashing pumpkin, with garlic cream sauce, mozzarella cheese, roasted cashews and butternut pumpkin in pesto, parmesan and parsley; and the mudhoney - a chocolate mud cake pizza.

Great pizza - staff a bit snooty
Obviously it's an honour to be hired by the best pizza maker in the world but come on, a bit of customer sewrvice, people! I have always loved their pizza but get annoyed at two things - the way the staff ignore you when you come to pick up a takeaway and the fact that there is no eftpos. Having said that, I would gladly trample my own grandmother for their baked ricotta lemon cheesecake dessert pizza!
