On one of the busiest corners in Teneriffe, this ultra-modern restaurant and bar is a welcome change from the site that was the old Ice Bar. (Please note the lack of a pun concerning Teneriffe's weather, Ice Bar melting or Liquid replacing Ice.)
With a large alfresco area and a menu suited to any time of the day, Liquid is set to be a hit with the local crowd. Polenta-rolled mushroom balls with truffle mayo kicks things off on the short but punchy tapas menu before crab potstickers and a confit chicken leg take things up a notch for those with a bigger appetite.
