Following an astounding refurbishment unveiled in early 2009, the third level of the Shelbourne Hotel has been reborn as a classy corporate lunch spot, known as Linq Bar & Restaurant. It's a chic space for networking indeed, with its stylised brick feature walls, dark carpets, black tables and white couches. Not to mention those harbour views panning over Cockle Bay Wharf, too. On the food front, Linq links you up with mod-Oz and international fare, such as chilli prawn risotto, chicken schnitzel, and crispy-skinned salmon.
