Positioned on one of Bunbury's highest points, this resort restaurant makes for a relaxing dining experience, especially given the seemingly endless water views of the Indian Ocean hovering on the horizon. After a day at the beach, or before dropping into the town centre, a visit to the Lighthouse Beach Resort's restaurant is worth the effort if sampling excellent local produce is up your alley. The mod-Oz menu covers a variety of meat, seafood, vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options, with local and international flavours in dishes such as the honey and soy marinated lamb backstrap, the Spanish paella, and the duo of Timber Hill pork. In the morning, the buffet breakfasts are a treat for early risers, while night owls can lurk around the bar for a sly cocktail or fine wine.
