Sitting confidently upstairs in the Blacket Hotel is Level Three, formerly known as Minc. This contemporary eatery offers modern Australian cuisine in a sharp environment. Industrial grey tabletops are set off by the crisp white booths that envelop them. Steel blue tones flow throughout Level Three, accentuated by the odd splash of red, creating a modern yet comfortable feel. There is also an open-air bar overlooking George Street, where diners can sit back and sip on a cocktail or two before their meal.

Level 3 lunch
Excellent value for lunch at $20 per head. I have been here a couple of times for lunch, the salads and flavours change regularly. BBQ food is fresh and well presented. I was also impressed with how quickly I was served my food.
