The latest in a long line of Korean barbecue openings around Sydney, Let's Meat finally brings all the fiery fun to the northern beaches.
By now you probably know the drill: grab a seat, order your meats and get grilling. Like all good Korean barbecue houses, Let's Meat uses only charcoal grills to retain that traditional smoky flavour, not gas burners, which leave your grills somewhat lacking in the flavour department.
If it's your first time here grab the pork bulgogi. Unlike the beef bulgogi you're probably more familiar with, the marinade has a gochujang (chilli powder) based rather than soy, making for some spicy, smoky fun while its grilling in front of you.
