There's a new Italian stallion in town - meet Lento. It's Italian for "slow", referring to the meticulous care taken in crafting each and every dish for the diners' pleasure. The European-trained chefs bring that added sparkle, injecting the menu with Italian and regional European flavours bound to tantalise Toorak.
Lento promises hearty, traditional-style fare for lunch and dinner seven days a week, also offering an extensive range of Australian, Italian and New Zealand wines to complement the dining experience.
