A fine taste of France
Looking for a relaxed and affordable place to eat in South Yarra, my partner and I ended up at Le Petit Fran?ais Cr?perie and Caf?.

It was a little quiet for a Saturday night, with just one other table (a French family as it happened), plus an additional one filled as we ate. The staff welcomed us with warmth and proceeded to give great service. The food was nice; authentic galettes with a good bottle of French cider. The sweet crepes were good too.

Food wise, Le Petit Fran?ais stacks up well against places serving standard (and more expensive) South Yarra fare, with a congenial atmosphere and a nice touch of France thrown in for good measure.

Best Crepes in Melbourne
I would love to eat here every day. The crepe batter is really authentic, the crepes crisp and and the savoury crepes are delightful. The variety and quality is definitely there. My partner loves the sweet crepes, but I don't have a sweet tooth so can only say they look great.
The French cider is a nice touch too.
