Part of the sprawling Norwest Central development, Le Mirage restaurant offers something few restaurants in the area can: a water view. And while Norwest's lake might be manmade, the atmosphere is real, with options for dining indoors overlooking the promenade or outside next to the water.
Once seated, your choices for food are seemingly endless, as the menu presents a large selection of dishes that show off the full gamut of Eastern and Western influences. Straight-up Vietnamese comes in the form of crispy spring rolls, fresh rice paper rolls and Vietnamese pancakes stuffed with chicken or prawn, but you can also get your hands on other popular Asian dishes like beef satay or salt and pepper squid. For a taste of the west turn to the dessert menu for a creme caramel or tuck into a minute steak with garlic butter.
