Le Gourmet

This elegant restaurant seems to come from another era when dining was dignified and tres European. The Austrian dishes in particular stand out, such as the saddle of venison with braised cabbage and spaetzle (noodle dumplings). Austrian chef Eric Mohr's desserts are extravagant to say the least.

Fantastic restaurant!
Fantastic restaurant! Entrees and mains were superb, and the souffle dessert was to die for Highly recommended!! The service was personable and friendly. The restaurant, being a heritage building, has a lovely old-world atmosphere, very sophisticated but cozy.

A great dining experience
Food: fresh and interesting. I had the scallops and duck.

Service: Erich waited at the table and was keen to elaborate on each dish. He was friendly and enjoyable to talk to.

Atmosphere: homely but decadent. No modern flashy colours.
