Late Graze


Plenty of Sydney diners would be familiar with Mad Cow, the upmarket and upbeat steakhouse that's one of the jewels in the crown of the Ivy complex. Now, late-night clubbers and post-show crowds can discover their inner moos by having some chews when Mad Cow morphs into Late Graze from Thursdays to Saturdays at 11pm. Far above your average late-night pub fare, the sophisticated supper menu is packed to the brim with delicacies like chicken liver pate with toasted brioche; a wagyu burger with David Blackmore wagyu, pickled beetroot, baby cos and aged cheddar; and a chickpea, lentil and smoked pork hock soup. Who needs dinner when you've got grazing?
