Set within Lark Distillery (Tassie's first homegrown producer of spirits), this bar and cafe is a great way to sample the distillery's wares. The house-made whisky and the range of all-Tasmanian wines and beers can be soaked up with a selection of fine cheeses, or perhaps a hearty soup on a cool day. Alternatively, an early tipple can be disguised as morning tea thanks to the range of alcoholic desserts. Local producer of sweet treats, Andreas Marty, uses Lark's distinctive liqueurs to create a decadent pecan pie, liqueur chocolates and pepperberry shortcake - using Lark's unique spicy Tasmanian Bush Liqueur. The experience is further elevated by impressive views out over Hobart's bustling port.
