Bathed in warm orange and cream hues, with ornate artworks across the walls, Langkawi Restaurant makes for an intimate and vibrant dining destination in Caringbah. This restaurant mines the common ground between two culinary cultures of Southeast Asia: Malaysian and Indian cuisine. The menu is anything but run of the mill, covering ultra-traditional dishes like soup kambing (an Indian Muslim hawkers' lamb soup), beef saffron curry, prawn sambal, and nine styles of naan, including a freshly made chocolate dessert naan. Just as unique is the drinks menu, which features special signature coffees served in toffee-coated glasses, including Jamaican, French, Mexican and other coffee delights.
