Late-night club-goers, shift workers and Lygon Street regulars are eternally grateful to Lambs Restaurant for staying open nothing less than 21 hours a day (on the weekends it's open 22). Lambs is certainly an institution in the area, and being Greek, it's a good change from the over-saturated market of Italian eateries in Carlton. Among the Lambs signature meals are the traditional souvlaki and Greek salads.
