At ground level on Adelaide Terrace, the streetside serving hatch is handy for picking up a quick caffeine fix, breakfast or a light lunch on the run. However, La Strada's white and black marble floor is spacious enough to comfortably house chairs and tables for up to 60 people, and the front windows open right up to bring the outdoors inside. Every one of the Hyatt's 60 chefs, originating from 17 different countries, get involved in making La Strada's ever-changing selection of gourmet panini, bagels, focaccias, tortillas, salads, biscuits, muffins, cakes and pastries.
