The latest opening in what we can only hope is several more specialty stores, this one features two cheese-makers obsessed with creating the perfect mozzarella.
Only recently opened, La Latteria is already a dairy sensation. Not only are their cheeses and yoghurts made fresh on the premises daily (and therefore taste better), because there are no transport or middle-men costs, they're also cheaper. The buffalo mozzarella may be why they opened this little gem in the first place, but don't underestimate how incredibly good the smoked scamorza is too.
