service let down by 1 staff member
My wife and i had been here once before & really enjoyed the food and service. so when we had the chance to go back we were looking forward to a beautiful meal with family.Unfortunantly within the first 15 minutes of being here we were spoken to very rudely and with her defensive attitude, turned me off my night at this resturant. Luckily the rest of the staff were very very nice and luckily the rude one did not aproach our table for the remainder of the night.The food is great, though there is one staff member that needs to learn some people skills.

Horrible meal and appalling service
We used to love this place as it used to have great service and delicious fresh meals but our experience yesterday was appalling the beef fillet was full of fat and sinew. The young waitress took the plate away and returned to say that that is the way it is not knowing that this is the usual dish my partner orders, she gave no apology and asked if there was something else he wants then never to return. Fortunately La Cucina has an open kitchen and we could see her laughing with the Chef to our extreme dissappointment. We did not order replacement and we left after I finished my risotto. It is unfortunate as it was one of our favourite restaurants!
