Aptly taking its moniker from the Greek word for wave, this contemporary St Kilda eatery specialises in the glorious tradition of Greek cuisine, particularly seafood dishes.
The menu is divided into several vegetarian options, followed by even more meat and seafood choices. The prawns saganaki is a particularly good option for seafood lovers, but for a real treat grab some friends and order the whole lamb on a spit a few days in advance.

Great Greek Easter at Kyma
We had our Easter Sunday Banquet at Kyma and i must say that i am pleased with the whole day. It was a large number of family there yet they were able to serve us. The food was exceptionally fresh, especially the seafood. Will be coming back to this Greek Restaurant sometime soon.

This place deserves nothing but the best rating.
We went to Kyma Greek Restaurant and ordered our banquet for 2. To be honest we couldnt even finish it. The service were very generous and i am pleased with the service as well. The Greek Wine we tried was outstanding, our experience here has been great and i will be coming back to this Greek Restaurant for sure.

Great Greek Seafood Restaurant
I had the oppurtunity of personally meeting the chef here who did provide us with an exceptional appetizer selection. The dolmades at this Greek Restaurant are the best which i have had in Melbourne. Also the selection of seafood on our platter was second to none and i highly reccommend this seafood selection to all lovers of octopus and calamari. John is a great chef and i will gladly have come back here as there was not much to fault with his cooking.

Great Atmosphere and great appetizers!
We went for an early dinner on Sunday and i am very pleased with the appetizers. The skordalia and the grilled octupus were amazing, my wife though was not very happy with the little Greek sausages we had. The service we had was not the best, it took a while to get our main meals, though i must say that the value for money is quite good, we have a decent portion for our mains, overall was a pleasent experience though i would not say its the best Greek Restaurant i have been too.
