Take a seat at the sushi bar to watch master craftsmen ply their trade. The sushi and sashimi handiwork is a marvel to behold and mandatory menu selection for those who are yet to try it. Those with more experience at Komeyui will doubtless gravitate towards the Berkshire pork kakuni and wintery chawanmushi.
