This sandstone warehouse is known by Hobart's keen socialites and beer enthusiasts primarily as a destination for post-work drinkies on a Friday night. However, man cannot live on beer alone (even Tassie's finest won't cut the mustard for an empty tummy), and so chef Christian Allen cooks up an ever-changing array of tasty fare. The menu offerings depend on the season, but might include a Guinness pie floater, an eye fillet burger or the highly demanded chilli mussels.
