The brainchild of long-serving Sydney barista James Humphreys, this hole-in-the-wall cafe churns out a mammoth amount of spectacular coffee for its diminutive size. The bean of choice here is Golden Cobra's LHLH blend, so you know James has his coffee head in the right place from the start. However, don't expect this bean emporium to be a one trick pony; Humphreys also does a roaring trade in different single origin blends of whatever high-quality roast he can get his hands on. Don't expect much signage about what's on offer or the same blends to be available every day, but what you can expect is one of Sydney's best cups of the golden crema.
