Previously known as the King's Head Hotel, and under new management since 2008, King's maintains its reputation as a prime bar, restaurant and entertainment hotspot. The pared-back menu is still very much a locavore's heaven, with ingredients sourced solely from South Australia - you'd better believe it.
All the tap beers are now brewed exclusively in the area and some seriously sinful pub grub has popped up at the restaurant: the signature gourmet pie-floater, vegetarian-friendly spinach and ricotta ravioli and even a local cut of chargrilled venison.

Fabulous Function Venue
Our company held our client function with a gourmet bbq in the function room earlier this month. Fantastic venue, staff, food and of course SA beers and wine. A definate thumbs up and would recommend to anyone. Great work team

Great Night!
This was a great experience for our group. The staff were super friendly and accomodating with a bit of spunk thrown in. The environment was quite relaxed and food was unexpectadly stunning... their signature Pie Floater and Mushroom gnocchi were stand-outs and we were given some particularily apt beer and wine recommendations.... as their list is all South Australian, we needed a little help negotiating the 30 different types of SA beer, as we were visiting with friends from interstate. Also, our interstate guests couldn't go past their gourmet fritz dippy dogs and fruchoc ice cream. Overall a great experience that surpassed expectations!
