Offering some of the best and cheapest Middle Eastern food in Brisbane, this place is always popular and always bustling. Lebanese food, ever a bastion for vegetarians, has plenty on offer for non-meat eaters, with falafels, baba ghanoush, a hugely popular grilled eggplant dish, and hummus all among the top picks here. The vegetarian platter contains most of these and is well worth your time, money and stomach space. The mixed platter will satisfy the meat lover in your group or family, and though service is basic to say the least, it's hard not to leave King Ahiram satisfied and bursting with happiness and tabbouleh breath.

Best Kebabs in Brisbane
King Ahiram is an institution. The BEST falafel rolls in Brisbane, maybe Australia.
It's a little daggy and a bit grubby but the flavour and price are unmatched anywhere.
Drop in a grab a falafel roll for just $3.50 with hot chilli, crisp spicy falafel, nutty hummus and their unusual blend of salad including carrot and bean sprouts and you will earn the right to scoff haughtily at the next person you see eating a $7 limp pineapple and BBQ filled atrocity.
