In true hawker style, Kim is cash only, so visit the ATM before heading here for some fresh and more-ish Vietnamese fare. The beef pho is a great staple for a cold winter's night, but when the weather warms up, head for the banh xeo (Vietnamese savoury pancake) filled with seafood, chicken and bean sprouts, or treat yourself to the chim cuc chien don (marinated crispy quail).
