WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
I placed an order over the phone on a saturday night and paid by credit card. they then called me back after they had taken the money out of my account and said that the minimum delivery fee was $30 and they could not deliver it but they had not previously told me this. They refused to make the delivery even though they were in the wrong. They asked if i would like a refund and i asked when the money would be back in my account as i needed that money to buy myself dinner that night, they said straight away. I asked her to check with her manager, she assured me it would be back in my account straight away. This was on a saturday.. on the TUESDAY the money was still not in my account. I called the shop 5 times that night and was told they would call me back straight away and did not ever recieve a call back i had to keep calling them. I was even hung up on one of the times i called while i was speaking trying to find out what was happening with my money. On the wednesday the money was still not back in my account. I called them again and they said that they had spoken to the bank and that it would take 3-5 working days for me to get my money back. I was very angry and frustrated with this as i had even asked them to double check on the night how long it would take, when i tried to express my frustration in a calm manner to the lady on the phone she got quite aggravated towards me and became quite aggressive and told me she didnt care that i was frustrated and that if i didnt like it she didnt care if i never went back. I became quite angry the more she was hostile towards me and i hung up on her. I am still waiting for my money to go back into my account and will be taking this place to court if I dont get it back in the next day. They ripped me off, were aggresive, offensive and hostile towards me. THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED OR HEARD ABOUT!!! I DO NOT RECCOMEND IT AT ALL!!
