Tucked away down Gays Arcade is this tiny yet vibrant Japanese joint, which can get rather packed at lunchtime. The well-priced favourites - from udon to teriyaki - are made with quality ingredients and taste fabulously fresh. The meals are sizeable, adding to the general value, plus the staff is helpful and friendly. Katsumoto may target the shopping crowds, but the food served here is worth making the trip down Gays Arcade for in its own right.
