Surrounded by lush gardens set within local bushland, this award-winning Southern Highlands restaurant offers diners a selection of beautifully constructed dishes using some of the area's rich local produce. The menu features dishes such as seared duck breast with parsnip mousseline, sunflower seed granola, pears, coffee and whiskey, and a 12-hour slow cooked pork belly with prawns, black sticky rice, paw paw and pickled choko. For dessert, expect avant-garde dishes such as dried chocolate mousse with condensed milk ice cream, coffee marshmallow and cherries.

the staff need some more training
We had 3 days here and mixed experiences at the restaurant. It started well, with good food, intersting flavours and attentive service, but the next day, the staff were forgetful, the breakfast menu was a bit plain, we struggled to get service throughout the function and in the bar, the staff were somewhat rude. We tried to look past some of these instances but they just kept coming back up. The next day, we found that we were incorrectly charged drinks against our room. We asked to see the dockets that we should have signed and they couldn't produce them. Something is off in how they process these charges. Even with the first night going really well, I'd be hesitant about telling friends to go here.
