Just a coin toss across the street from the Strawberry Hills Hotel, a sojourn at Kash offers a sound return on your investment. In this smidge of a space it's all about Toby's Estate coffee and clever twists on cafe staples. Once inside a clear glass counter reveals most of the menu's carbohydrate quotient. At the start of a day a brekkie wrap with scrambled egg, ham, roast tomato and baby spinach would be an asset for the march down to Central. At lunch those flush with time can pull up a red seats at a shiny table and sample a 'wonder salad' chock full of honey roasted pumpkin, beetroot, chickpeas, roasted tomato fetta, baby spinach, sunflower seeds, avocado and aioli. Ordering and paying at the counter is a cinch and the 'central' location proves a valuable commodity.
