If you have babies avoid this place
After getting a nice take-away meal from Kanzaman, I made a booking to dine in for a party of 10 + 2 babies. They said no problems, 2 babies is fine. When we arrived at the restaurant, all service staff including "Mrs Kanzaman" were unbelievably rude and unaccomodating, acting shocked the two babies in attendance were in prams! How did you expect them to arrive?! I specifically asked if the restaurant could accomodate two babies and the answer was yes! I cannot believe the way we were treated. My advice is, don't take your family here, it is not baby-friendly. Once we were finally seated, the waiter was pushy and annoyed we didn't order the banquet. The food is nice, not the best Lebanese food, and after the service received, I would never go back. I'm appalled, to be honest.

Fantastic - won't be disappointed
We've been going to Kanzaman for a number of years. It has never disappointed me. The menu hasn't changed much, but that's not a bad thing when all the dishes are so good. Shish Tawook is my personal favourite.
Service is quite good. Considering how packed the place gets they do very well and our meals have always been delivered on time with no fuss.
Atmosphere is great. On Friday/Saturday nights they have a belly dancer and the place just goes off. Very noisy, but happy environment.
Definitely highly recommended for Lebanese food. One of our favourite restaurants in Melbourne.
