Unlike real kamikaze pilots, the chefs at the Kamikaze Teppanyaki don't crash and burn, but they certainly do hold their own in the speed and precision stakes. Creating a sizzling spectacle in the centre of the restaurant, these chefs cook up Japanese barbecued steak and seafood specialties such as chicken teriyaki, teppan salmon and sweet chilli steak. Broadening its horizons, Kamikaze even offers Aussie-influenced fare such as sweet chilli crocodile, Moreton Bay bugs, and Kamikaze-style kangaroo.
