Claiming to be Sydney's only pure Burmese restaurant, Kambozza is a perfect introduction to the cuisine of Myanmar, with its mild curries and noodle dishes and clear, well-explained menu. There are also some sushi and sashimi options on the menu for those after a bit of variety, but the real attractions here are the authentic, traditional dishes like tea leaf salad, catfish curry and chicken with biryani rice. Don't expect much by way of interior decoration, but do expect to feel welcomed and indulged.
