Situated in the plush Four Seasons Hotel, Kables is well-known for its commitment to quality and fine dining. The decor is nearly as rich as the food, encorporating all the grown-up sophistication of hotel dining, with an extra touch of luxury. The menu changes regularly but always showcases Australian produce (perfect for impressing the hordes of overseas visitors) and dishes such as the salmon pastrami usually feature somewhere, being too popular to take off. Despite the impressive formality of the surrounds, Kables does go casual with a buffet breakfast.
