Jun celebrates the diversity of Japanese cuisine. While the sushi and sashimi market saturation in Perth's dining scene is almost total, Jun quietly but confidently goes about its business of serving yakitori cuisine.
If sushi and sashimi are about subtlety and clean flavours then yakitori is the counterbalance. Expect to see bold flavours and chargrilled or deep fried meats, all sitting firmly in the comfort food genre and perfect for soaking up sake.
