Jothi Palace is true to these origins, and each chef here has specialised skills including fruit carving, ice sculpting and the specialised preparation of over 20 varieties of chutneys. The attention to detail shows in dishes like the Sri Lankan Colombo katta curry, which comes with your choice of lamb, beef, chicken, vegetables, prawns or fish and consists of an unusual combination of ginger and cinnamon sauce seasoned with nutmeg.
