While not completely devoid of ethnic bric-a-brac, this Indian diner sports quite the slick layout, featuring polished wooden floors, white walls and clean contemporary dining settings interspersed with vibrant pictures, decorative vases and door hangings that thankfully doesn't tip the decor into cringe-worthy territory.
Its discreet corner-side position on Beaufort Street means that it often gets overlooked, and as such remains something of a locals' secret.
Generous portions, tasty Indian stalwarts and, dare I say, "jolly" service have all contributed to the success of the business.
