This family-owned pizzeria fuses elements of a traditional Italian wood-oven pizzeria with subtle Middle Eastern influences. Almost all the produce that passes through the kitchen is locally sourced, down to the Laucke Milling Co flour used in the pizza bases.
Much of the family's heart is poured into the pizzeria and it shows in the final product: enjoyable, uncomplicated food. There is an ever-changing menu of main meals also available as an alternative to the pizza.
