This Northbridge Chinese, following a sizzling renovation, offers a steamboat buffet in addition to the regular menu, so diners can choose raw items from the buffet to cook over the little gas burner in the centre of their own table. Diners choose their own steamboat broth - from choices such as traditional or chicken through to more intriguing options such as medicinal and cheese - before proceeding to the buffet to select their ingredients from a literal smorgasbord of prawns, abalone, cuttlefish balls, scallops, mussels, crabs, varied meats and Asian greens. For those not fussed on cook-your-own meals, there's also a sizeable a la carte menu, which lists all the tried-and-tested favourites.

Value for money
Had the buffet steam boat dinner there. There is a large selection of seafood and meat etc and also the soft drinks and beer are all you can drink. It is definitely value for money. They could have probably made the meat slices thinner, and I'm not sure about the freshness of scallops.
