Named after the iconic jacarandas that blossom in early summer throughout Applecross, this casual eatery serves up some of the best mod-Oz fare that's developing a reputation that has nothing to do with trees.

Head chef David Duff's contemporary menu is both generous and sophisticated, offering a broad scope of influences from his already impressive cooking career. Diners can expect anything from a Japanese fusion tempura prawn dish to a classic duck ragout or Tuscan woodfired pizza. Be on the lookout for the occasional degustation menu here - a rare opportunity to witness Duff stretching his culinary legs is a real treat and not to be missed.
