In case the name didn't give it away, this place specialises in rustic pizzas cooked in their very own woodfired oven that runs exclusively on ironbark wood. The robust hardwood imparts its own distinct flavours and subtleties to the pizzas, making them extra tasty. For a true experience of what Ironbark is all about, go for the Ironbark calzone - sausage, mozzarella, bacon, potato, onion, capsicum and rosemary, all wrapped up neatly in a piping-hot little parcel of crisp and doughy goodness.
