Brewery restaurants not only have good pub tucker matched to boutique beers, they also provide the entertainment of watching master brewers at work. This friendly, relaxed bistro doesn't beat around the bush. It offers Aussie pub grub the only way it should be: big, hot and tasty like the big Mallee bull, a triple-decker scotch fillet steak sandwich with the lot. Wash it down with a nice cold beer and you'll be so Australian a Southern Cross tattoo might just magically appear on your back by itself. Not to isolate the vegetarian community, this place also offers a vegie baguette with grilled eggplant, feta, fire-roasted capsicums, olives, fresh basil and mayo.
