Looking for an inn-ticing menu full of innovation? Then Innspired may leave you, well, quite inspired indeed. Since its launch in late 2008, this divine eatery at the Daylesford Inn makes visitors to Victoria's glorious Spa Country feel at home, providing a rustic dining hall with a fireplace, wooden floors and a piano man on some occasions. Of course, the beautiful bush views that bustle with native Australian wildlife are never far away, and diners can perch themselves in the gardens to feel closer to nature. But for visitors who prefer the indoors, Innspired still brings a touch of nature to the table, regularly sourcing local organic produce to build up the seasonal mod-Oz menu. One may take a liking to the zucchini and haloumi fritters with minted yoghurt, or perhaps become immersed in a hearty aged rump steak with caramelised onion, roasted vegies and mustard sauce.
